Refund policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Certain health and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@myroomsdeco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Pack your item securely and include the return form provided.
  4. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@myroomsdeco.com

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
