Return Eligibility

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Certain health and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Return Process

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Pack your item securely and include the return form provided.
- Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
